Ghost Ranch…sauce from the Haunted Kitchen

Yee-haw-oooowl lil ghosty!

Welcome to the Ghost Ranch, home of the spookiest, spiciest dip I reckon you’ll ever serve at your Halloween party!

The ghouls at this ranch have quite a powerful bite from the ghost pepper that we add into our homemade ranch dip. It’ll have your guests wrangling for more.



Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup​ sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon​ black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1/4 ghost pepper, very finely chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until completely mixed;

Cover and refrigerate for two hours

For a ghost face use olives, cranberry raisins, or your favorite addition to make an eyes and a mouth on top.
