Toddlers: Cute. Rambunctious. Fun loving. Get food everywhere.
We should all strive to be a bit more like toddlers, especially in the “get food everywhere” arena. Items that we generally associate with putting in our bodies can be a great natural way to nourish the outside of our bodies (I’m talking about food here, not anything else…this isn’t that kind of nudie mag).
From exfoliation to natural relaxing smells, take some of your kitchen into the bathroom. Here are a few body scrubs you can make from what is already in your kitchen. Just mix the following ingredients together rub on while in the shower, then rinse off.
Go ahead, act like a toddler and rub food all over yourself. It’ll make you feel and look younger…and taste great!
